Deja Vu Food Lounge Chillout in Stendal

I like the interior, but the rest of it, well. The food was okay so far ... it was carelessly arranged and some ingredients were simply missing. The waitress only wanted to take up the food order, because no drinks were asked, a drinks menu was only available on request. The wheat beer was warm and the Radler / Alster had a very strange aftertaste, a bit like disinfectant. The front door closes so slowly that if you sit there you feel the cold / draft for a while. The toilets were filthy, there was no toilet paper and the buckets were full of the remains of the paper towels. No soap or disinfectant available! All of this after 1 hour of regular opening times.

For the prices the food was perfectly okay. Food was super hot, but the staff a little cold. Still recommendable.

Called and ordered 3 pizzas to pick up: Funghi, Margherita and Tonno. When they were picked up, the boxes were absurdly wrapped in aluminum foil, so that you had no chance to check. Got: Pizza Salami, Prosciutto and Parma🤦🏻‍♀️ Tasty tasty, but the handling is an amateur performance!

The food was good, only the waitress had no plan. She didn't know what food she was serving, couldn't remember four drinks. Has this noted and still forgot a part. Espresso was served without a saucer, gripped by hand from above. I had to ask for sugar, she had forgotten the spoon too. When the sugar and spoon arrived, the espresso was cold. Not a word of apology, nothing! Even in between, not even asked whether everything is ok or you want something else. Service very poor!

The food was delicious and nicely presented. We didn't have to wait long and were served nicely. Only nobody had told us when making the reservation that there were no cocktails at the moment. The caipirinha was inedible and went back.
